If you are not happy with your Dream Space Designer Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@dreamspacedesigner.com with the email address you used to subscribe. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days through our payment partner, Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. If you cancel, you will keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your account returns to the Free plan.

Exceptions

Refunds apply to the most recent subscription payment. We do not refund partial months or years after a cancellation. Fraudulent or abusive refund requests may be denied.
