Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle is the reseller of record for all paid subscriptions and is responsible for billing, tax collection, refunds, and chargeback handling.

Use of the Service

Dream Space Designer lets you draw floor plans, import product images, and save layouts to your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for anything you create, upload, or share.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or hateful content.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse our APIs or servers.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Interfere with other users’ accounts or access.

Intellectual Property

Your plans, layouts, and imported images belong to you. We only store them so you can access them across devices. The Dream Space Designer brand, code, and design are owned by Jacquelyn Marie Mistal.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk for us or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
